Richard L. Fullerton

Richard L. Fullerton was a pastor in the Church of the Nazarene serving in Florida. As his ministry turned toward providing affordable housing, he also practiced law and worked in real estate. He was married to Carol and father to Judith, Jeannette, Joyce, Jane, Jill, Jack Jacob, Sean, and Seth.
