These manuals reflect the congregational nature of the polity of the churches of the Association of Pentecostal Churches of America. A degree of unity among the churches is reflected in the fact that the first of the manuals to follow appears to have served as a pattern for each of the respective local church manuals.

These documents were gathered on microfilm as part of the Merging Religious Bodies project completed by the Nazarene Archives in the 1980s.
