The May 17, 2008 Commencement Address at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. The theme of the address is “…not brilliance in the classroom, money in the bank, status nor position. But, caring for others…is the measure of greatness.” The address discussed six characteristics of “Caring Leaders.”
